Attorney Jose Chapa III is a native Houstonian who provides legal advice and representation to those in need, impacting their lives positively. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and caters to the Hispanic community resolving their legal issues. He not only received his Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, but graduated with a Masters in Business Administration.
